CII is a form of collective investment in which the funds of all participants are pooled and invested by an asset management company (AMC) in various assets (real estate, securities, corporate rights, loans, etc.) in order to generate income from investors.

CII activities are regulated by a separate law and is done through investment funds, which depending on the assets and other indicators may be of different types.
  • What are the tax advantages of CII?
Income from CII activities is exempt from income tax. Dividends paid from profits are paid at a reduced tax rate - 9% instead of 18%.
  • What are CII's advantages for business?
Only withdrawn capital (dividends) is subject to taxation, so the profits accumulated by the company can be used for reinvestment. Exemption of CII from taxation allows the use of investment funds as an effective tool for structuring business, including to reduce the tax burden.
